Ecotourism 4 - Human Resources (RA)
Staffing with local people is easier said than done. Our HR people will explain how we recruit, select, train and evaluate staff from the community of Infierno. We will also analyze the intricacies of motivating a highly diverse staff that lives together around the clock, around the year and stress the importance of HR policies when working with communities.
