Bat Inventory (RA)
Bats are captured with 12 X 3 meter mist nets stretched on sticks buried on the ground. Nets are checked every 15 minutes for bats, and each individual is identified with a key, sexed, weighed, measured, marked and released. Inventories sometimes yield species that are new to the lists.
